Terms and conditions (Terms)

1st Retention of title and delivery
Delivered goods remain the property of JUMA Verwaltungs GmbH until full payment. Deliveries are made as long as supplies last. The delivery of our products takes place only in small amounts.

2nd Formation of contract
Before submitting your order you will receive in the last step [Step 3 of 3 (send order)] again the opportunity to review and, if necessary, change all the data. By clicking on the button [ORDER] your order will be sent to us and you submit a binding offer for the JUMA Verwaltungs GmbH. The acceptance of this offer and therefore the contract is concluded by sending the ordered goods to you. The conclusion of the contract is therewith made by the shipment of the goods you ordered.

2b. Storage of the Contract
Your order information is stored in our house. An "Order Confirmation" will be sent to to your e-mail address immediately after your order is placed. If you want to have the order data in printed form, you can print this e-mail.


3rd Privacy Policy
We explain that your data remains within www.junkers-shop.de only. You will not receive e-mail advertising (known as SPAM) because of your registration in Junkers Shop.
To protect your data during the ordering process, we use the proven SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology with 128-bit encryption. Your data will be transferred protected, so others can neither see nor use them.

4th Payment Options
In the Junkers Shop you have the possibility to use different payment methods. Other payment methods then offered are not available. Therefore we also do not assume liability for other payment methods then offered. All information on payment and shipping costs will be communicated to you during the ordering process and again within a confirmation e-mail after your purchase. In case you default in one of the offered payment methods, we reserve the right to initiate enforcement proceedings and to charge overdue fines as well as default interest regulated by law.

5th Shipping costs
The flat rate shipping costs within Germany are EUR 4.50. For orders exceeding EUR 99.- in total, we supply nationwide free shipping.
In exceptional cases (eg delivery to an island) there might be a higher fee. In this case we will inform you during the ordering process and within the confirmation email you will get after your order is placed.


6th Revocation
Right of revocation
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are deliverd before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our obligations of information by Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to meet the time limit of revocation, it is sufficient to send the revocation or to send the goods back in the requested time line.

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received services as well as possibly drawn uses by us (eg interest) must be given back. In case you can not give us back the received goods in whole, or only in parts, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. Concerning goods this does not apply if the deterioration of the good is solely due to the testing - as it would have been possible in a store. For a deterioration caused by the conventional use of the good you are not obliged to compensate the value.

Goods transportable as packages are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the returned goods do not exceed 40 EUR, or - in case the price exceeds 40 EUR - if you have not reciprocated yet or have not provided a contractually agreed partial payment yet at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Goods that are not transportable as packages will be picked up at your place. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the sending of your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their reception.

7th Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions. Unless we give specific guarantees in individual articles, so this does not affect your statutory warranty.
