All items you can order at Junkers Shop, we ship as an insured package via UPS. Delivery is to adult persons against signature only.
(no DHL Packstationen).

The only exception are "Fluggutscheine", which are shipped via Post.

Pickup at our Store
Of course, you can collect your ordered items personally in our showroom and service center. In this case we don't charge delivery or other "handling" costs.

Currently we ship our products in the following countries.

A shipment to other countries (especially Russia, Singapore, Australia or the U.S.) is not possible.

If, in exceptional cases (eg an island) a higher fee has to be charged, we will notify you during the ordering process and in the confirmation e-mail after placing your order.
