Expressionism and the aesthetics of New Objectivity of the Bauhaus were enormously fascinating to Hugo Junkers. In the short-term work of the Dessau Bauhaus from 1925 to 1932 there was a lively exchange of people and material between the Junkers work and the artists of the Bauhaus.
